This five and a half mile walk is almost an historic trail around Ramsbottom. This circular route reveals the rich charactor and close relationship between the landscape and community. Starting at Ramsbottom town centre the walk takes you through the town and climbs to the village of Holcombe, below Holcombe Hill, then back down to the village of Summerseat before returning to Ramsbottom. There are pleny of opportunities to stop for a drink or lunch along the route.
